How are Orders Processed? Orders are shipped through UPS. They are processed in order received. The are processed Monday - Friday 8am-5pm., orders are shipped within 24 - 48 hours after being placed. You may choose a Priority Processing Service 2nd Day or Next Day Air option at checkout and these are processed before all other orders. If your product is on backorder for more than a week you will be notified. Please allow 3 to 10 business days for Ground delivery depending on your location in the U.S. We do not currently ship to P.O., APO, FPO Boxes or outside the U.S.
